Barrebata™ is 45 minute, high-intensity, interval cardio workout created by The Refinery Fitness Studio. It combines barre style dance and stretching with the aerobic and anaerobic conditioning style of training developed by Japanese researcher and physician Dr. Izumi Tabata. This workout features 4 rounds of max-effort intervals with frequent short rests and 15 minutes of a barre inspired warm-up/cool-down.
