Barrebata™ is 45 minute, high-intensity, interval cardio workout created by The Refinery Fitness Studio . It combines barre style dance and stretching with the aerobic and anaerobic conditioning style of training developed by Japanese researcher and physician Dr. Izumi Tabata. This workout features 4 rounds of max-effort intervals with frequent short rests and 15 minutes of a barre inspired warm-up/cool-down. Teamed with upbeat, heart-pounding, rhythmic tunes, Barrebata™ will get your heart rate up and your weight down.
