Beth Jackson is our Power Yoga guru- an intense, full-body workout that uses fluid yoga poses to unite breath and movement.

Beth found yoga while pregnant with her first child — and ten years later is still hooked. She is excited to be teaching with such a wonderful fitness community. When Beth is not on the mat or the barre, she can be found enjoying life on Lake Talquin with her family.
